Hey There

My philosophy is to meet you where you are at while providing care that is individualized to each person and family. I truly enjoy helping people become the best versions of themselves through identifying their emotions, thoughts, and goals.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). I also have a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I work with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, depression, self-harm, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), gastric/ bariatric surgery, body image, self-esteem, disordered eating, as well as parenting and relationship stressors. I have worked extensively with those throughout the grief journey whether it is through an long-term illness or traumatic causes.

I like to use an eclectic approach to treatment through the use of evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and newer therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Polyvagal Therapy.
